In the beginning...
An idea came to me as I was arguing with some pals of mine of what
were our favourite sci-fi films. After all that fussing and pissing,
I felt that we had not agreed on anything except that the sci-fi
(and fantasy) genre has proposed many interesting perspectives of the
future and its inventions.
As such, I decided to compile a list of sci-fi inventions that we thought
were cool. The list is contained somewhere on this site. While building
this site, I thought of expanding the list of cool inventions to include
a summary of classic sci-fi films and TV series. Of course not all
are my opinions, but it would be useful for fans of the genre look up
some really good films that they may have missed.
