HTML Pages
One HTML page (when printed) is approximately the size of an A4 paper. The minimum size of
an HTML page is one which fills a screen at 640W x 480H resolution.
An HTML page with less than 2 text/icon links is considered a Basic HTML page
and is charged at the first tier rate (see above table).
An icon link or a banner link requires a little more work in creating "image buttons",
which reacts like a text link, but with more pleasing visual appearances.
A Dynamic HTML page is one which is created "on the fly" by using scripting
or programming languages. This is particularly useful if you want to tailor a certain
page to follow your customer's requirements.

Artwork and scanning
The main attraction of web pages lie in the graphics employed. Although a minimal use of
graphics is advisable to speed up download time, a page without attractive graphics may be
a bore to your visitors and might not hold them long enough to read the useful content that
you may have prepared. After all, first impressions (especially visual) count.
The three important aspects of a good website is content, artwork and structure. Whilst content
and structure come from a good knowledge of what you would want the visitor to learn from
your website, artwork is something which relies more on inspiration. That is the difficult part.
Balancing the right amount of artwork is essential to a good website.
